Building a multi-effect chain across the 8 slots
- Load a preset — it drops into Slot 1. Click the lock icon (the slot border turns orange), then load another preset and it fills Slot 2. Repeat to stack up to 8 effects — the “+” strip after the last slot reveals the next one.
- Load into one slot — click a slot's box in the flow strip to select it (it gets a purple border); the next preset you browse or step to loads into that slot only.
- Random Mix (the shuffle / crossed-arrows button) randomizes every unlocked slot at once — so lock the parts you like and keep shuffling the rest.
- Drag the dashed strip under the effect animation onto another slot to swap the two effects, or right-click it to copy/paste an effect into another slot.

NAM Loader — Neural Amp Modeler Captures
Load any .nam capture and step through a folder of them click-free. A factory pack of 21 captures of Spectrus's own amps ships built in, each with a matching preset, and the files land on disk for use in any other NAM host. A Neural Rack visualizer draws the capture's real network, a Width knob opens the mono result into mono-compatible stereo, and post-capture Bass / Mid / Treble, gate, and normalization finish the panel. Pro.
Optophase — Vintage Opto Phaser
Eight all-pass stages swept by a modeled incandescent lamp and photocells. Their thermal lag gives the sweep its asymmetric breathe — fast rise, a hang at the top, slow fall — the classic 1970s sound. A continuous Lamp knob morphs from clean modern sweep to full lamp character, Feedback runs past unity into a bounded howl, and a bulb-and-photocells visualizer shows the circuit at work. Pro.
Two Amps, Three Pedals
The Amp roster grows to seven families with Outlaw 100 (modern high-gain head with Crush / Crunch / Clean channels and Watts / Variac power switches) and Praetor 50 (pristine Clean plus a touch-responsive Lead channel), both available as Amp Lab blocks. Distortion grows to six pedals with Woolly germanium fuzz, Myth transparent overdrive, and Tangerine hard-clip distortion. Two new Eco quality tiers let modest machines run more amps. Pro.
Eight Slots, Free-Form Routing
The rack grows from four slots to eight, revealed one at a time as you need them. Each slot now carries a row of input squares: light any combination of Main Input and the slots before it, each with its own trim, for parallel buses and merge points without leaving the rack. Drag a slot's strip onto another to swap effects, resize the window freely, zoom the UI toward your cursor, and read real units on every knob.
